What is TaxAtivo?

A place to talk to a certified accountant when you have a specific question. You pay per consultation and you're not tied to a monthly retainer.

Who answers me?

Independent certified accountants, registered with the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants (OCC). We check each one's registration before they start giving consultations.

How much does a consultation cost?

It depends on the accountant: each one sets their own price. You always see it before you book.

When do I pay?

When you book, the amount is put on hold on your card. It's only charged when the consultation starts: when you and the accountant join the call or, for a message, when they reply. You get an invoice.
